The making of 'Achari Gobi'

Even I get amazed and a little surprised when I start cooking with a lot of interest. Yesterday was such a good day and I went straight to Sanjeev Kapoor for help in making a 'different' Gobi (Cauliflower) dish. The criteria was very 'simple' - it has to be 'simple' to make and 'simply' tasty.

The verdict from the most harsh critic (Rishi) was a resounding YUMMY!!
